In the field of organizing archives, a specialized delegation from the National Archives paid a diagnostic visit to the archives of the United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain.
On the other hand, the National Archives received at its headquarters two delegations from the General Women's Union and the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority. The National Archives organized at its headquarters three training courses on "electronic archiving requirements in government agencies," and on "application of best practices in the field of managing current and intermediate documents" and on "loyalty." and job satisfaction.”
The visit of the delegation of the Government Archives in the National Archives to the Archives of the United Arab Emirates University came with the aim of organizing it. The team worked on developing its recommendations in many details, focusing on the importance of daily monitoring of archive preservation sites, ensuring that the archive halls are equipped with the necessary equipment, and directed to the selection of fire extinguishers and preservation boxes. Appropriate documents, and the visit focused on strengths and improvement opportunities in order to improve the management, preservation and protection of the archive that documents the university's activity.
On the other hand, archiving experts in the National Archives discussed with representatives of the Archives of the Women's Union ways of cooperation to start organizing and digitizing the archives of the General Women's Union in accordance with the Federal Law of the National Archives and international standards.
In order to control the process of random destruction of documents in government agencies, the Documents Destruction Committee in the National Archives met under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Raisi, Director General of the National Archives, and discussed the requests received regarding the destruction of documents from some government agencies, and the meeting focused on the importance of protecting historical documents and collections Archives from random, unconsidered destruction.

In the field of training, education and awareness, the National Archives organized a training course for its employees on “Application of Best Practices in the Field of Managing Current and Intermediate Documents.” The course addressed the importance of knowing the legal and technical references on which it relies, and the strategy for managing current and intermediate documents, in the light of the law based on Federal Law No. (7) of 2008 regarding the National Archives amended by Federal Law No. (1) of 2014 and its executive regulations.
The headquarters of the National Archives held another training course on "Requirements of Electronic Archiving in Government Entities", which complemented the technical skills required by the process of organizing government archives according to the best methods and international standards.
The staff of the National Archives participated in a training workshop on "Loyalty and Job Satisfaction", which taught the participants that what is meant by job loyalty is the strong belief in the employee's acceptance of the institution's goals and values.
The workshop dealt with the National Archives' vision and mission at length, and it introduced job satisfaction and methods of measuring it, and dealt with the foundations of job efficiency, job ethics, and benefits that concern the employee.
